We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic PR Account Co-ordinator to join the talented Australian team in Sydney at our fantastic offices in Pyrmont. You'll be eager to learn and work with global brands and organisations changing the tech landscape. Whilst we work hard, we love what we do and we get to do it in a business that genuinely puts its people first, championing a thoughtful work environment.

As an Account Coordinator, your main priority is to anchor your teams and ensure your clients are supported. You’ll ensure everything happens when it’s meant to and that your team achieves amazing results. Working with your account teams you’ll be involved in developing and executing integrated PR communications campaigns for a wide variety of clients. You will also help the Hotwire team champion the great work they do and have many opportunities to access the fantastic learning and development programs on offer.

 Desired skills and experience:

  • Have experience in a PR & communications agency, or similar environment
  • Be eager to work in a fast-paced role
  • Have exceptional written skills
  • Be proactive when it comes to client work
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Have ambition to behave famously within the industry to boost your profile and that of the business
  • Be hungry to learn and always looking to improve on performance
  • Be organised, with extremely strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • Be a true team player
  • Successfully build rapport and relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders
  • Have completed / in the process of completing a degree in communications or equivalent tertiary qualifications
