Who we are

Welcome to The Marketing Practice (tmp). We're not just an agency; we set the bar for advancing B2B marketing, armed with a global team of 300+ B2B specialists ready to unlock potential for our clients. They include incumbent leaders and some of most exciting and fast-growing unicorns in tech, working with them across the entire funnel to achieve the kind of growth that turns heads and wins awards.

We thrive on identifying, recruiting, and nurturing talent and you're next on our list! We trust you to manage your own time, work autonomously, deliver quality work, reach out when needed, and we help you amplify your skills and create a career that not only defines success but reflects the genuine joy of mastering your craft.

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director who combines a passion for marketing with the confidence to lead. This role is pivotal to the success and health of our client partnerships. You’ll take ownership of one or more major accounts, driving excellence in client management, team leadership, and delivery.

Across your accounts, you’ll build strong relationships with your clients, providing advice on marketing strategy and recommending marketing solutions to specific business challenges. Whilst you will work on a variety of clients and integrated marketing programs, a thorough understanding and experience managing integrated media solutions for clients is needed to be successful in this role. Under your direction, tmp will deliver head-turning, results-driven campaigns for your accounts.

You’ll be accountable for an annual revenue target of $3M, ensuring your accounts are profitable, healthy, and positioned for growth. Client satisfaction, commercial success, and the development of your team will all sit within your remit. To deliver at this level, you’ll continually deepen your understanding of marketing best practice, your clients’ industries, and the broader landscape while always looking for opportunities where TMP can add more value.

This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, inspires confidence, and leads with TMP’s values. You’ll be entrepreneurial in growing opportunities, resilient when challenges arise, human in how you connect, bold in pushing ideas further, and always looking to bring the magic back to B2B marketing.
