About the role

여러분은 (Enterprise) Account Executive, Acquisition으로서 MongoDB의 성장과 성공을 주도하는 중요한 역할을 맡게 됩니다. 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 식별하고 발굴하며 주요 이해관계자와의 관계를 구축하고 궁극적으로 MongoDB 솔루션이 성공적으로 도입될 수 있도록 합니다.

해당 포지션의 경력 수준은 Junior부터 Senior까지 유연하게 고려할 예정이며, 하이브리드 업무 방침에 따라 대한민국 서울 오피스로 출퇴근이 가능하신 분을 모시고자 합니다. (서울시 강남구 영동대로 517 아셈타워)

  • 영업 파이프라인을 능동적으로 발굴하고, 기회를 검증하며, 거래를 성사시킵니다. (100% 신규 고객 발굴)
  • CTO, 엔지니어링 및 IT 리더, 기술 담당자 등 주요 의사결정자를 대상으로 영업 기회를 창출합니다.
  • 콜드콜, 이메일 캠페인 등 아웃바운드 활동을 통해 신규 고객을 확보합니다.
  • 매출 목표를 달성하기 위한 전략적 영업 계획을 수립하고 실행합니다.
  • 솔루션 아키텍트, 커스터머 석세스 및 프로페셔널 서비스 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 고객 성공을 실현합니다.
  • 체계적으로 설계된 세일즈 부트캠프, 고급 세일즈 트레이닝, 리더십 개발 프로그램에 참여합니다.

About the role 

We’re looking for a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion and initiative for growing and managing business. The (Enterprise) Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth.

This position is open to candidates with experience levels ranging from junior to senior. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Seoul for our hybrid working model.

What you will be doing
  • Proactively identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline (100% new customer acquisition)
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
  • Partner with our Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
What you bring to the table
  • 5+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos and expanding accounts, Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process 
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven and competitive, Possess a strong desire to be successful
  • Fluent in English 
  • Must live in South Korea
