Account Executive – B2B SaaS

Overview:

With your experience selling to retailers, you’ll leverage your industry knowledge and connections to promote Trustana’s SaaS PIM and trade solutions, enhancing client sales efficiencies. Familiarity with retail SaaS systems like PIM, POS, and ERP is helpful, as are contacts in sectors like FMCG, fashion, and cosmetics. Experience across APAC is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow Trustana’s presence in the local market, identifying key opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the local market's unique needs and dynamics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the country, representing Trustana and its solutions to clients and partners.
  • Provide on-the-ground insights and feedback to the product team to refine solutions based on local market demands and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in business development or consultative sales in a SaaS organization.
  • Ability to discuss customer workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of PIM, data management, and e-commerce is a plus.
  • A strong, established network in the retail industry is a plus.
