What you can expect

As an Account Executive in this team, you will build and maintain relationships with Enterprise level clients. You will work with customers in NSW that have a workforce of 500 and above (unnamed accounts). You will be selling communication & collaboration products across our AI powered platform. This includes video meetings, phone, chat, whiteboard, customer experience, employee experience and more.

**This role is Sydney based, hybrid**

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

  • 5 years or more direct sales experience in a SaaS environment

  • Strong proactive hunter mentality - we need someone who actively seeks out and pursues new business opportunities

  • Experience of selling UCaaS or CX solutions

  • Experience of selling to the Enterprise level

  • Be able to initiate new accounts and expertly manage complex sales situations and large-scale projects.

  • Have acquisition experience, with the ability to identify prospects using tools like Navigator, ZoomInfo, ASX, etc

  • Possess excellent presentation skills with the ability to craft relevant and strategic messaging

  • Be proficient in business forecasting, pipeline development, and management

  • Be able to develop and maintain relationships with high-level clients.
