Job Description
Summary
This role provides crucial support to the extended sales team and AFH customers, ensuring they have the right information at the right time to execute sales.
Key responsibilities

  • Order processing, SOH, OOS and WH data sharing info.


  • Work with GBS on data issues. (Ship to, name change, contact change)


  • Tender submissions.


  • Assist the National Group Business Manager with day-to-day tasks.


  • Build Sales tracker for National Distribution groups.


  • Monthly Reports for Distributors. They can create rebate claims based on the agreed terms .


  • Assist in the building of JBPs for National Distribution groups.


  • Assist and validate pricing claims for distributors.


  • Loading pricing and deals (O ff I nvoice ).


  • Update distributor portals with correct info. (Specs and Price)


  • Helping credit office chase overdue invoices. (Fortnightly Invoice meeting).


  • New customer creations.


  • Raise manual invoices where needed.


  • Manage Pack Centre orders.


  • Assist QSR queries on orders or accounts.


  • Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's vision


About you

  • Ideally, experience in FMCG /Foodservice indu stry with exposure to business administrative tasks like: Tender submissions, claims processing and data analysis


  • A can-do attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves and support the team


  • Desire to learn


  • Business Analysis


  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines


  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
