The Account Executive, Enterprise ANZ - Whitelabel, is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic enterprise organizations seeking whitelabel solutions. This role focuses on Enterprise Customers who want to whitelabel our product and deliver it under their own brand. You'll be building a greenfield territory in a partner-driven ecosystem where your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and close strategic deals will directly shape our enterprise expansion. Working alongside sales development reps, marketing professionals, customer success teams, and key channel partners, this role is essential for driving significant revenue through a partner-driven sales motion and positioning the organization as the trusted whitelabel solution provider in the industry.
ResponsibilitiesOwn a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning whitelabel business with companies between 2,000+ employees, and selling via our Recruitment and Staffing partners
Build, manage, and nurture strategic relationships with partner organizations to identify and close whitelabel opportunities
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets through partner-driven and direct enterprise sales
Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, partner collaboration, working with your sales development rep, and managing inbound prospects
Navigate complex enterprise organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in and close whitelabel deals with C-Level decision makers
Leverage instincts to recognize organizational financial and behavioral structures and obstacles unique to whitelabel buying decisions
Educate prospects on whitelabel value propositions and work cross-functionally to tailor solutions for partner branding requirements
Keep Salesforce up to date with customer information, partner engagement, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process
4+ years selling in the Enterprise segment, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role
Experience working with partners, ideally Recruitment and Staffing Agencies or channel partners in a partner-driven sales environment
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives
Understanding of whitelabel or white-labeled solutions is a plus

Strategic thinking with the instincts to recognize organizational structures, financial constraints, and behavioral obstacles that impact deal progression

Ability to navigate partner ecosystems and manage co-selling motions effectively

Your success will define our presence in the staffing and recruitment space while opening doors to adjacent verticals seeking branded solutions.
