岗位职责

1.负责拓展和管理重点B2B客户 - 尤其是外贸客户,深入理解其跨境业务模式及资金流结构;

2.通过多种获客方式(直客、转介绍、展会、商务渠道合作等)寻找潜在客户,达成营收目标;

3.深入了解客户业务模型与需求,结合我司多元化产品能力,制定匹配的综合解决方案;

4.推动客户从注册、KYC、上线到持续交易的全流程,确保客户稳定使用;

5.与客户中高层持续建立信任关系,推动合作从初始交易走向长期战略合作;

6.关注客户交易合规性,具备基本的风险识别意识,能在销售过程中把控交易合理性与真实性;

7.跟进行业趋势及客户反馈,协助优化产品和业务流程。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,2年以上销售或客户拓展经验,有跨境支付、外贸企业服务经验优先;

2.结果导向,具备强烈的自我驱动能力,能独立完成客户跟进与转化;

3.具备出色的沟通能力,能与客户进行深入业务对话并建立信任关系;

4. 学习能力强,能够快速理解客户行业、业务模式及公司产品;

5.有良好的方案思维和系统性思考能力,能结合公司产品制定实用落地的交易方案;

6.具备风险意识,了解跨境业务合规要求,能在销售过程中识别潜在问题并规避风险。
