岗位职责:

1.负责拓展并签约跨境客户,包括但不限于跨境电商平台卖家、独立站卖家等;

2.通过多种获客方式(直客、转介绍、展会、商务渠道合作等)寻找潜在客户,达成激活与营收目标;

3.深入了解客户业务模型与需求,结合我司多元化产品能力,制定匹配的综合解决方案;

4.推动客户从注册、KYC、上线到持续交易的全流程,确保客户稳定使用;

5.拓展与运营本地商务合作渠道,协同渠道为客户提供服务并获取增量;

6.关注客户交易合规性,具备基本的风险识别意识,能在销售过程中把控交易合理性与真实性;

7.持续维护客户关系,洞察客户潜在交易机会,提升客户生命周期价值;

8.跟进行业趋势及客户反馈,协助优化产品和业务流程。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历,1年以上销售或客户拓展经验;有跨境支付、跨境电商、独立站服务商、ERP、海外广告代理等相关行业经验者优先;

2.结果导向,具备强烈的自我驱动力与执行力;

3.具备优秀的沟通表达能力和客户理解能力,能够快速建立信任关系;

4.具备一定的方案思维与产品理解能力,能够根据客户场景组合我司产品;

5.有一定风险控制意识,理解KYC、资金流合规等基本要求;

6.抗压能力强,适应快速变化的业务环境。
