Yotpo is on a mission to help eCommerce brands of all sizes win customers for life. As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle for small-to-medium business prospects. This is a high-impact position where you'll represent Yotpo's value to a wide range of potential customers, helping them achieve success through our suite of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close for small-to-medium business (SMB) prospects
  • Identify customer needs and tailor Yotpo’s solutions to deliver clear business value
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance KPIs

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, preferably in SaaS or a tech-driven environment
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover business pain points and articulate value
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience selling to eCommerce brands or in the MarTech/CX space
  • Background working with SMB clients across multiple verticals
