About Josys

Josys is a SaaS Management Platform redefining how IT operates. We provide a next-gen solution to manage SaaS sprawl by giving IT teams complete visibility and control over their software stack. With over $225 million in funding, we’re one of the fastest-growing startups in Japanese history, now scaling globally to tackle shadow IT and secure cloud environments.

The Role

As an Account Executive at Josys, you will lead sales efforts across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Based in Sydney, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with IT and business leaders, driving new customer acquisition, and expanding within accounts. You’ll work closely with our global team to tailor Josys’ platform to the ANZ market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a go-to-market strategy focused on MSPs and IT service providers in ANZ.

  • Prospect, qualify, and onboard new MSP partners through outbound, inbound, and ecosystem channels.

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand MSP business models and tailor Josys’ value proposition accordingly.

  • Deliver engaging demos that highlight automation, scalability, and recurring-revenue benefits for MSPs.

  • Own the full sales cycle—from partner engagement to contract signing and enablement.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and long-term growth of MSP accounts.

  • Represent Josys at local IT, MSP, and cloud-focused industry events.

  • Stay ahead of regional MSP and SaaS management trends to refine market positioning.

Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of SaaS, IT, or channel sales experience within ANZ.

  • Prior experience selling to or through MSPs, resellers, or IT service providers preferred.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue via partnerships or indirect channels.

  • Strong understanding of the Australian IT ecosystem and MSP business models.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of working autonomously in a fast-growing environment.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and AI-driven prospecting or sales engagement platforms.

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region. More specifically, its IT sector stands out as the country's third-largest, growing at twice the rate of overall employment in the past decade as businesses continue to digitize their operations to stay competitive.
