We’re hiring an Account Executive who knows the aged care, disability, or community health sectors inside and out, and thrives on turning big conversations into real-world impact.

ShiftCare Sales Account Executives are responsible for selling the ShiftCare value proposition, primarily over the phone/Zoom. Target clients will consist of small to mid-size companies across the ANZ region.

Working within a growing team as the business continues to scale, you will have the opportunity to work under the mentorship and leadership of a fantastically experienced "gun" Sales Manager.

You’ll Get To:

  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently exceed quota
  • Become an expert in inbound and outbound marketing
  • Inspire prospective customers to adopt ShiftCare and up-sell higher plans
  • Engage highly qualified leads over the phone at small and mid-sized companies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

You Will Need To Have:

  • 3+ years Solid SaaS experience, running a full sales cycle and closing business
  • Terrific consultative sales skills
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Evidence that you are a Top Producer in your current role
  • A sharp focus on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them
  • Deep knowledge of the care sector, HR tech, payroll, CRM or home care solutions
  • A strong network of decision-makers across the industry
  • A hunger to grow a market, win hearts, and build lasting relationships
