Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Account Executive who is passionate about financial markets and thrives on building strong client relationships. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our partners, helping them maximize the value of their Livewire services.

What will you be doing?

  • Be the go-to contact for our partners and clients, helping them unlock value from Livewire’s paid services - from sponsored content to advertising campaigns.
  • Deliver clear and compelling post-campaign reporting (PIRs), helping partners understand the impact of their campaigns through data and insights.
  • Support the Partnerships team to drive retention, growth, and overall satisfaction - you’ll play a role in helping our partners return and scale their engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Product, Design, Content and Operations teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Provide operational support including coordinating video shoots, managing bookings, handling client logistics, and ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.
  • Become a key user of our internal systems (HubSpot, reporting tools, campaign delivery systems) and contribute to ongoing improvements.

What skills and attributes are we looking for?

  • A client-focused problem solver with strong attention to detail and a love of systems and structure.
  • Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across teams.
  • A natural communicator - confident with clients, comfortable presenting, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts like content strategy, advertising campaigns, and digital engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills - you enjoy diving into performance data and drawing out insights.
  • You don’t need to be an expert investor, but a genuine interest in financial markets is a must.
  • Someone comfortable using CRM and reporting tools (e.g. HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets)
