Job Summary

 Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Customer Account Manager to join our Iron Mountain Australia team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of a designated portfolio of customers to ensure their satisfaction, secure favorable contract renewals, and drive strategic account growth, with an expectation to proactively pursue new business opportunities. As a trusted advisor, you will manage existing relationships to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions while expanding the client base. 

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers, building and nurturing strong relationships to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute tailored account strategies for both short-term and long-term growth, and secure profitable contract renewals and agreements.

  • Ensure all account management activities align with Iron Mountain’s services and regulatory requirements by maintaining an in-depth product expertise to deliver value-driven solutions, and proactively pursuing new business opportunities to expand the account base.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B account management or a customer relationship role.

  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, effective negotiation skills, and new business development techniques.

  • Proven ability in customer relationship management, demonstrating a proactive, customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value and satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
