As an Account Executive at Phocas, you'll own the full sales cycle. You'll build your own territory, bring in new customers, and take real pride in setting them up well from day one.

This is a role for someone who likes doing the whole job. Not just closing and moving on, but caring about what happens after the signature, because that's what builds a customer base worth being proud of.

You'll work with real buyers, run your own process, and have strong support around you from BDR, Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management. Your impact goes well beyond your own number.

If you want a sales role where the work actually means something, this is a good one.

What you'll be doing

  • Running the full sales cycle for new customers, from prospecting through to close.
  • Building out your territory by identifying the right accounts and going after them with purpose.
  • Running product demos and conversations tailored to what each buyer actually needs.
  • Leading commercial negotiations and getting deals across the line.
  • Keeping your pipeline honest and your CRM up to date.
  • Working with BDR and Marketing to convert leads into real opportunities.
  • Partnering with Customer Success to make sure new customers land well and see results early.

What you'll Bring

  • Proven track record of hitting targets in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline discipline.
  • Curious, resilient, and motivated to build long-term customer value.
  • Passion for technology, learning, and alignment with Phocas values.
