We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Professional to join our Truganina sales team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets by managing existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities across materials handling and warehouse solutions.

As the face of the business in your territory, you will:

  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Identify and convert new opportunities
  • Deliver tailored solutions that create measurable value

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined territory and customer base around Geelong
  • Identify and secure new rental and sales opportunities
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations
  • Provide prompt, professional responses to customer enquiries
  • Maintain consistent face-to-face customer engagement
  • Achieve monthly order intake, revenue, and gross profit targets

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales-focused role
  • Strong capability in sales planning and forecasting
  • Proven ability to build and maintain key customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and close opportunities
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success
