Agency :

One Green Bean

Job Description :

We’re looking for a super charged, well-rounded Account Manager with experience in the influencer space to join our Influencer and Social team.

You will be working on the influencer programs of some great consumer accounts, from major global brands to fast moving Aussie start-ups. You will have big brand experience, having worked within either a social or integrated agency.

You’ll work closely with the junior and senior members of the team, demonstrate a confident and trusted communications style and help to manage end to end campaigns.

Who are we?

Our Social & Influencer team at One Green Bean is growing and constantly evolving to stay ahead of the curve. We have specialists who focus on social media strategy, community management, content production, influencer management, analytics and evaluation. We love working alongside our PR Beans and pride ourselves on having a strong culture that encourages creativity, innovation and general good times around the office.

We’re looking for someone who epitomises One Green Bean’s four core values. This means you will:

Always be two steps ahead – of your clients, of your team, other agencies, the industry, even of yourself. We’re a fast-paced, ever-evolving agency and you’ll need to be flexible, adaptable and solutions focused to not just keep up, but stay ahead. And by the way, we work quickly, not carelessly. Attention to detail is critical.

Make sh*t happen – It doesn’t matter what your job title is, you’ll need to be able to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when there’s a job to be done.

Be a big dreaming realist – we love big thinkers, dreamers and What If-ers. Positive, passionate people who will never settle for anything less than excellence in their work – be it a big creative idea, a media strategy or a budget. But this must be balanced with reality. Be as creative as you like, but never sell anyone, be it a client or a colleague, an impossibility.

Have ambition without ego – perhaps the most important of our values. Be ambitious. Be restless. Be awesome. But check your ego at the door.

The Role:

  • Day-to-day: Support the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, including talent identification, outreach, coordination, content approvals, and reporting/analysis.

  • Account Leadership: Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, helping manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations while ensuring influencer programs run smoothly and meet agreed objectives.

  • Strategic Input: Contribute to influencer strategy development by supporting responses to briefs, monitoring campaign performance, and keeping up-to-date with emerging talent, trends, and platform best practices.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with social, studio, PR, and wider account teams to help bring integrated creative campaigns to life.

  • Financial Management: Help manage project budgets, talent fees, and internal resourcing, ensuring accurate forecasting and smooth delivery.

  • New Business Support: Contribute to new business opportunities, pitches, proposals, and presentations by providing key influencer.

  • Relationship building: build and maintain relationships with talent managers, agents, agencies and talent.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, integrated agency

  • 3+ years of influencer-specific experience

  • Proven ability of leading strong and trusted client relationships  Highly competent across all key social platforms and confident navigating new features and trends

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills

  • Strong project management skills including keeping to timelines, updating WIP documents and trafficking tasks within the team.

  • Strong communication skills – both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote, bonus points for CapCut, Canva, or Meta Business Manager

The bean-efits of working with us:

  • Weekly flexible working. We know it’s a must have these days – and for OGB it’s not going away. We work from the office 3 days a week, with Monday and Friday at home.

  • Monthly Culture Clubs – a trip to a gallery, tickets to an exclusive film screening or a sporting match…we’ve done it all.

  • Quarterly parties – from HallowBean to Beanmas in July, we love a pun and we love a party

  • Yearly Creative Retreat – to get away from the office and spend some time thinking and connecting.

  • During Summer we finish up at 3pm on a Friday – so you can enjoy the sunshine and dip your toes in the sand.

  • Dog days – once a month bring your pup in for some well-deserved play time – we promise they’ll go home tired from all the fun!

  • Bean Scholarships – want to learn all about SEO? Or maybe it’s a photography course you’re interested in. Bean scholarships are all about making those dreams happen.
