What You’ll do
Ability to approach the book of business as a Portfolio
Develop and drive the strategy to retain, negotiate and renew client contracts
Create a compelling vision and strategy that translates into tangible goals & objectives
Optimizing your portfolio of customers to achieve company goals and targets
Set clear success metrics for completing strategy and be accountable for results
Effective and proactive use of internal knowledge tools and resources needed for success
Analyze, manage, and improve customer profitability and maximize revenues
Deliver Business Reviews with insights and recommendations to drive travel program adoption, cost savings and performance against client KPI's.
Lead strategic client retention and growth plan for your Portfolio of Accounts
Proactively identify risks to the portfolio; develop and implement an action plan
Collaborate with operations and other internal Amex GBT teams
Influence key client decision makers, educating about Amex GBT’s value and key differentiators
Increase transaction revenue for Amex GBT Egencia and key suppliers
Proactively share client and market trends to internal and external leaders
What We're Looking For
Solid understanding of the tech business travel industry
Experience in a similar role / supporting global clients preferred
Strong Project Management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and handle contending demands
Adaptation and flexibility
Proactive identification and resolution of challenges
Professional communication (written and verbal)
Collaborative and open to feedback
