About the Role

We're looking for a relationship-focused sales professional to grow and manage key client accounts while identifying new business opportunities. This role is focused on building strong partnerships with architects/ interior designers and trades, delivering profitable sales, and achieving budgeted growth targets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets across your territory.
  • Identify new business, project opportunities, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Develop territory, account, and customer visit plans.
  • Represent Interface at industry events and provide market insights.
  • Complete sales reporting and demonstrate safe work practices.
  • Travel locally, interstate, and overnight as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record of sales experience in a business to business environment, with project management abilities and a stable employment background.
  • Industry or associated industry knowledge.
  • Capable of working professionally, while under pressure in competitive situations.
  • A current driver’s licence.
  • An understanding of the financial aspects of the business.
  • Formal qualifications in sales and/or marketing or relevant field would be highly regarded
