DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We’re currently seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our oSpace Client Services and Growth team. This is a pivotal role where you will lead the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns and be the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management. 

Reporting to the Head of Client Services and Growth, you'll not only manage external client relationships but also collaborate with key stakeholders across our internal distribution teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. 

As the Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive successful lead generation campaigns. 
  • Act as the voice of the client within our business, ensuring their needs are clearly represented to internal stakeholders. 
  • Deliver campaign debriefs and performance insights to clients. 
  • Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews with senior client contacts. 
  • Identify and secure support for growth opportunities across your client accounts. 
  • Collaborate with our Sales Operations team to ensure seamless communication and delivery across all campaign touchpoints.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

You're a proactive, commercially minded professional who excels at building trust-based relationships. You bring structure, insight, and energy to every engagement, and you know how to rally internal teams to deliver exceptional results for your clients. Account Management experience in the ICT sector is preferred, but not essential. 

The ideal Account Manager:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - clear, confident, and persuasive 
  • A self-starter with high energy and personal drive 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on goals and performance metrics 
  • Professional, dependable, and client-focused in everything you do
