What we are looking for:

We are seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across large and mid‑market enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on developing new relationships and nurturing existing ones within key sectors such as Finance, Retail, and Pharma. Over the years, we have built strategic partnerships with leading cloud vendors and developed proven, real‑world use cases—both locally and globally—that resonate strongly with leadership teams across our client base.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a driven, hard‑working individual to join a fast‑growing organisation in one of the most exciting areas of technology.
You will be part of an international, expanding team of specialists in Business Intelligence, AI, and Cloud Data Analytics. Working closely with the broader sales organisation, marketing, and practice leadership, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth across the ANZ region.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, with responsibility for revenue growth, account expansion and long-term client relationships.
  • Identify, develop and win new business opportunities across Billigence's data, analytics, cloud and AI consulting services.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying opportunities to expand Billigence's services and solutions across different business units and technology areas.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting, discovery and qualification through to solution scoping, commercial negotiation and contract execution.
  • Drive the resale of Billigence's technology and solution partner products, including software licences and subscriptions, across both new and existing accounts.
  • Work closely with strategic technology partners to develop joint opportunities combining solution resale with Billigence's consulting, implementation and managed services.
  • Identify opportunities to convert technology and licence resale relationships into broader, longer-term consulting and implementation engagements.
  • Work closely with Billigence's delivery, pre-sales and technical teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, Statements of Work and other commercial arrangements, with appropriate consideration of project margin and profitability.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately manage opportunities, forecasts, account activities and sales performance through the Company's CRM.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and strategic partners, representing Billigence at client meetings, partner activities and relevant industry events.
  • Achieve the sales, revenue and other performance targets applicable to the role while working collaboratively with the broader sales and delivery teams to support Billigence's overall regional growth and team objectives. 

  
Skills/experience required:

  • Strong Account management experience  
  • Ideally experience in BI Consulting, Technical, SaaS, Software, Data solution sales.
  • Demonstrated experience using sales enablement tools (Hubspot)
  • Proven track record of exceeding against quota and/or other performance metrics to achieve sales objectives & targets.
  • Proven track record of developing new business/clients.
  • Proven experience in managing & building successful client relationships.
  • Must have a hunter mentality with a focus on driving new opportunities.
  • Strong client facing ability.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
