Role Objective:

As an Account Manager within the Live Nation Client Services team, you will support and collaborate with Senior Account Managers in delivering exceptional brand partnerships. This role involves coordinating experiential, creative, and commercial rights campaigns, ensuring a seamless client experience and contributing to impactful campaigns that drive measurable results for partners.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Support: Assist Senior Account Managers with client services across a diverse portfolio of brands and campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage event integration deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget campaign delivery.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day agency activities, including preparing WIP documents, briefs, and post-campaign reports.
  • Creative Contribution: Collaborate on generating innovative ideas that align with client goals and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless campaign execution.
  • Budget Administration: Handle client budget management and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Onsite Event Support: Act as an on-ground client liaison at events, hosting competition winners and managing backstage tours or artist meet-and-greets.
  • Travel Flexibility: Be available to travel for events and work outside usual business hours during peak periods.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in account management within creative, experiential, or sponsorship agencies, or project management in media publishing.
  • Strong understanding of campaign management and event execution.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media landscapes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with proven relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable working with creative and experiential teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced industry, including working outside standard hours during peak periods.
