The Signage Account manager is responsible for managing all BAU works for Ampol, and our key accounts in the Petro & Retail industries. ​

Acting as the main point of contact for our clients, for everything that relates to their development plan. ​

This role utilizes the wealth of industry, project management, and market experience the individual has gained. And they are tasked with turning this experience into successful and commercially viable outcomes. - using their knowledge of our products and services, and client needs, to consult with our client regarding solutions we can provide.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage our high-profile clients in the Petro and Retail Sectors​
  • Continuously improve our client relationship by providing exceptional service and consultation ​
  • Single point of contact for the Regions Corporate Project Managers, Business Managers, including BAU construction projects. ​
  • Conduct client meetings with corporate NDG groups and Resellers​
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts​
  • Project scoping, estimating and preparing of quotations using our ERP system – Exact.​
  • Delivery of sales pipeline in consultation with corporate NDG's​
  • Accountable for understanding needs of all internal and external stakeholders

Role Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Account Management role​
  • Signage Industry knowledge​ would be highly beneficial
  • Product set knowledge would be advantageous
  • Experience: 5 Years in Account or Project Management
