Summary
Responsible for driving performance metrics and first-class 4P execution across a category for a major New Zealand retail customer. This role will support the Head of Customer in driving best practice across the account.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain relationships and grow sales, starting from a clear understanding of the customer strategy, their shopper and driven environment.
- Deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.
- Execute strategic medium-term customer Joint Value Plans, connecting Customer and KHC strategy to drive mutual growth and value.
- Support 4P execution of all KHC strategies in portfolio, exceeding sales, profit, investment, distribution, market share, forecasting and engagement targets.
- Owning the P&L of a portfolio of categories in one of our customer teams.
- Partner with cross functional colleagues to deliver for your portfolio
- Execute and support leadership of a data driven selling agenda with customer.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
- Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's vision
About you
- Around 5 years experience in a commercial role, preferably in an FMCG environment
- Strong problem solving abilities; eager to handle entrepreneurial challenges.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate
- The ideal applicant will be tertiary qualified with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
- Demonstrates positivity, resilience, problem solving, proactivity and initiative within their team
