JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager with diverse industry experience to manage and grow key client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and account growth. You will work cross-functionally with and have management components of a Delivery Operations based in the Philippines, to service a global client base. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of Australian contact for SME and mid-market client accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and KPIs.
  • Drive client satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of services and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement client strategies and resolve operational challenges.
  • Analyse account performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to clients and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling outsourcing services.
  • Manage and triage account escalations and proactively address risks to client satisfaction or retention.
  • Lead regular client meetings, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and status updates.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, International Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2+ years of account management experience, with no industry preference
  • Basic understanding of BPO/KPO service delivery and client lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting and CRM tools (e.g Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing accounts in customer support, finance & accounting, HR outsourcing, or IT-enabled services.
  • Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally.
