In this high-volume, phone-based role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for both existing customers and new business enquiries, managing the entire sales process from lead to settlement.

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver a seamless experience for the customer and clearly understand their requirements.
  • Qualify and convert leads into applications for credit assessment.
  • Convert approvals for Prospa customers.
  • Keep referral partners and BDM’s up to date on deal trajectory
  • Effectively follow up qualified opportunities, approvals with all necessary stakeholders
  • Have quality conversations with customers and brokers to choose our product and brand.
  • Negotiate desired outcomes based on value selling, not on price
  • Effectively handle objections, ensuring maximum conversion rates
What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high-volume sales role
  • Commercial acumen and ability to think like and understand business owner’s
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven ability to muti-task and prioritise
  • Effective negotiation and problem solving skills
  • High levels of data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborative, One team approach
  • Ability to consistently meet individual targets
