Your New Opportunity
As an Ecolab Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner to a group of long-term customers in the laundry industry — helping them keep operations running safely, efficiently and sustainably.
You’ll be the go-to person who:
Builds genuine relationships with customers and their teams
Keeps dosing equipment running smoothly and safely
Helps laundries get the best results through great chemistry and smart processes
Solves technical challenges and finds better ways of doing things
No two days are the same — one day you might be testing water quality, the next you’ll be coaching laundry staff or troubleshooting a machine issue. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow your career with us.
What You’ll Do
Service and support a set group of customers across Sydney and the NSW region
Provide technical advice, training and recommendations to improve wash results
Audit and maintain Ecolab dosing systems, using data to optimise performance
Identify and solve equipment issues using your practical know-how
Work with a supportive team and help customers meet their goals
Spot opportunities to improve customer operations and introduce innovations
What We’re Looking For
We’re open-minded about your background — what matters most is your attitude and desire to learn. You might have experience in:
Trades, technical servicing, or maintenance work
Customer service or account support roles
Hospitality, facilities, or industrial environments
And ideally, you’ll bring:
A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort working independently and managing your own day
A current driver’s licence and comfort with light travel (occasional overnights)
