'Partner with Executive Distributors to align goals with Company’s strategies in order to meet revenue targets. Provide personalized customer service to Executive Distributors to set and achieve goals and operate at optimal performance. Update Executives to changes in Company policies and procedures and sales compensation plans. Monitor and ensure that each account has maximum support to prevent fall-out of qualifications. Maintains professional, effective working relationships with Executives. Travels and participates in company and distributor meetings. Perform other duties as required.

Hold distributors accountable for goals, giving proper encouragement and constructive feedback as needed. - Proactively align distributors with company business cycle. - Provide personalised service and support to assigned distributors by providing timely and accurate responses to all escalated concerns and questions. - Promote the company's mission and vision, the business opportunity, and products through conducting, attending, and facilitating important distributor trainings and events. Provide tools and quality information about the business products. Be the bridge between the company and executives to facilitate effective communication through social media, conference calls, webinar trainings etc. - Set goals and targets with key distributors to promote growth and improve sales.
