We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our awesome team in Sydney and support one of our key clients. As an Account Manager, you’ll be exposed to a fast paced, high volume account, and a variety of projects ranging in scale and deliverables whilst managing your own smaller scale campaigns from brief to delivery. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, ownership, and strong client relationships.
Core responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships.
Run small to mid-sized projects from concept to delivery, including briefing, timelines, and approvals, keeping your team and client on track. Ensure timely delivery and quality control across campaign assets.
Collaborate with producers and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Provide strategic input and push back when needed to ensure best outcomes for client and agency.
Partner with the wider team in researching, preparing, presenting, and implementing high quality business proposals for the client.
A bit about you:
Proven experience in a client-facing account management role, ideally within a creative or integrated agency.
Experience working on a large, high-profile client account is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage fast paced multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
