Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on renewals and incremental expansion
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations and understand evolving business needs
- Lead renewal cycles, commercial discussions, and upsell opportunities aligned to customer value
- Conduct regular account reviews to monitor adoption, usage, and risk signals
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering and Support teams to ensure customer outcomes and adoption
- Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and account plans using CRM and sales tools
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in B2B software/SaaS account management or sales
- Familiarity with engineering, technical, or data-driven solutions environments
- Fluent in English
