As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of real estate clients, guide them in maximizing their subscriptions, negotiate contract renewals, and relay market insights to the product team.

About the Role
Reporting to our ANZ Retention Manager this is a hybrid role supporting a key portfolio of clients, you will:
- Be the lead point of contact for your portfolio real estate agents
- Proactively contact customers who are current Renowned clients nearing the end of their contract and help them see the value in retaining their Renowned subscription - negotiating to renew or extend their contracts
- Educate your customers on how to get the most out of our online digital and marketing products and train them on how to boost their online presence
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and weekly activity KPIs
- Relay market trends to your customer and take on customer feedback to pass onto the Product team
About You
- Experience in an Account Management role in digital media, SaaS or Real Estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information to clients via phone, email and Zoom meetings
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM highly preferred
- Highly organised
