  • Adoption & Growth: Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, proactively addressing gaps and using insights to drive expansion strategies and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Revenue Performance: Maintain a strong pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, maximise retention, and support ongoing account growth.
  • CRM Management: Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales role (Account Management, Account Executive, or similar), ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and account expansion
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
