Role Overview: This is a unique hybrid role combining strategic operations with account-facing execution. You’ll work closely with both leadership and clients—leading company-wide processes, analyzing ESG data trends, optimizing onboarding and service delivery, and helping drive business growth. You’ll be a key player in turning data into action, and complexity into clarity.
Responsibilities

Analyze client needs, ESG data trends, and investment patterns to maximize Scaler platform value.

Act as a trusted advisor by delivering data-backed recommendations aligned with client business objectives.

Stay ahead of commercial real estate, ESG, and financial trends to improve Scaler’s value proposition.

Lead and optimize the full ESG data collection and analysis lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, onboarding, and service methodologies through data insights and automation.

Own the optimisation process and support team alignment and goal tracking across departments.

Assist leadership with strategic planning in the region.

Prioritize and execute complex, client-driven initiatives with minimal oversight.

Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-impact outcomes.
Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, fund management, or consulting

Strong data management, analytics, and project execution skills; expertise in ESG preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools; ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.

Experience navigating and optimizing complex B2B SaaS accounts through data-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and articulate value propositions in a consultative approach.
