Role Overview: This is a unique hybrid role combining strategic operations with account-facing execution. You’ll work closely with both leadership and clients—leading company-wide processes, analyzing ESG data trends, optimizing onboarding and service delivery, and helping drive business growth.

You’ll be a key player in turning data into action, and complexity into clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client needs, ESG data trends, and investment patterns to maximize Scaler platform value.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by delivering data-backed recommendations aligned with client business objectives.

  • Stay ahead of commercial real estate, ESG, and financial trends to improve Scaler’s value proposition.

  • Lead and optimize the full ESG data collection and analysis lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, onboarding, and service methodologies through data insights and automation.

  • Own the optimisation process and support team alignment and goal tracking across departments.

  • Assist leadership with strategic planning in the region.

  • Prioritize and execute complex, client-driven initiatives with minimal oversight.

  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, financial services, fund management, or consulting

  • Strong data management, analytics, and project execution skills; expertise in ESG preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools; ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.

  • Experience navigating and optimizing complex B2B SaaS accounts through data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and articulate value propositions in a consultative approach.
