The Opportunity
Dexus is inviting Expressions of Interest for an Accountant in our Group Finance team, potential opportunities in permanent or 12-month fixed term contract roles. In this role, you’ll deliver accurate financial reporting, support asset and corporate transactions, and drive process improvements. You’ll collaborate across business units and with external auditors, prepare insightful Board papers, and help implement new accounting standards. What you will be doing
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for month-end, half-year, and year-end results.
Support asset and corporate transactions, including financial due diligence and accounting impact assessments.
Prepare Board papers with clear financial insights.
Collaborate with business units and external auditors to coordinate audits and ensure deadlines are met.
Drive process improvements and help implement new accounting standards across the Dexus platform.
About You
Hold a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CA/CPA certification.
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in financial reporting or technical accounting roles.
Skilled at explaining complex financial matters clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to drive process improvements.
