THE ROLE:

This 12-month contract role involves managing receipting and allocations, supporting the Accounts Receivable team, and assisting the wider business to ensure smooth financial operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reconciliation of payments
  • Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and accurately posted
  • Supporting the month end process
  • Generating receivables' reports
  • Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
  • Communicate with customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
  • Collect payment from customers/clients and accurately record it into the system
  • Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
  • Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Min of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages
  • Experience performing full function accounts receivable duties
