About the Team

You’ll join an industry-leading, in-house performance marketing team reporting directly to a Performance Manager. Together, you’ll drive Lendi Group’s digital marketing strategies to attract new customers and support our brokers across Aussie Home Loans and Lendi. Your role will focus on Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and emerging platforms like TikTok and programmatic advertising. This is your chance to flex your skills while collaborating with top-notch marketing minds across creative, UX, customer journeys, and brand teams. Whether you’re optimising campaigns, brainstorming new ideas, or analysing data, every day will bring exciting challenges and opportunities to grow.

Job Description

In this hands-on role, you’ll:

  • Assist in designing and launching paid digital marketing campaigns to hit ambitious goals.
  • Be strong in analytics, being able to identify and optimise CPAs, CPCs and A/B testing.
  • Manage campaigns directly within platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok.
  • Partner with internal analytics teams to identify and act on opportunities for optimisation.
  • Provide campaign performance insights to the team, and help optimise based on results.
  • Collaborate with media partners, digital partnerships, and content teams to amplify impact.
  • Ensure all marketing communications align with brand guidelines and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing (agency or client-side).
  • Strong skills in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing.
  • Bonus points for exposure to programmatic advertising, TikTok, or app marketing.
  • A passion for performance marketing and an eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented, with a knack for identifying risks and proposing solutions.

We'll be reviewing applications over the festive season and contacting candidates from 6th January.
