  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to self-insured workers' compensation programs, including filings, and reporting to state agencies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with claims management, underwriting, and finance teams to align actuarial insights with organisational objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in actuarial practices and claims management to enhance program efficiency.
  • Knowledge: Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry benchmarks, and workers’ compensation self-insurance best practices.

As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing the organisational strategy and display the organisational values and senior leadership behaviours that reflect DXC’s company values.

  • Proficient in actuarial software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with statistical programming languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
