We are responsible for delivering best-in-class operations practices, process, and technical management for our award-winning agency brands.

The scope of the Media Operations team covers all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, streamlined and standardised solutions to all client patches and brands. With our collective industry expertise, we navigate the ever-changing media landscape efficiently and effectively, fuelling growth for the brands we work with.

The Role
As our Ad Operations Executive, you’ll ensure smooth execution of campaigns across channels, focusing on delivering streamlined and standardised advertising operations (Ad Ops) solutions. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to manage technical processes, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage campaigns across ad servers, ensuring creative compliance and optimal tracking solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, publishers, and vendors for seamless execution.
  • Build solid relationships with stakeholders, providing technical support and solutions.
  • Identify areas for workflow improvement and suggest innovative approaches.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Familiarity with ad tech platforms, industry terminology, and key performance metrics.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
  • A developing understanding of ad servers, tracking technologies, and tools like Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO), Google Campaign Manager, CM360, Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
