About the role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You’ll provide support across a variety of tasks, helping the team stay organised. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys being the go-to person for keeping things running seamlessly. 

What you'll do

  • Handle all incoming reception calls in a professional and timely manner 
  • Complete and process monthly expense reports 
  • Arrange all office catering requirements for meetings and events 
  • Organise and manage access passes for staff and visitors 
  • Provide administrative assistance including data entry, filing, and record keeping 
  • Support with office lunches, including set-up, presentation, and clean-up 
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and general office needs 
  • Carry out any ad hoc administrative duties as required

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a high level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly manner 
  • Flexibility to take on ad hoc tasks and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
