What You Will Be Doing

  • Answering calls and responding to email enquiries
  • Supporting clients and stakeholders throughout the claims process
  • Assisting with reports, documentation and general administrative tasks
  • Managing shared inboxes and calendars
  • Coordinating information and supporting day-to-day team operations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Previous administration and/or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

Desirable

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Exposure to insurance, claims or professional services environments
