About the role:

The administration coordinator role is to support four Canberra Leaders and their respective team members within the Risk Advisory Services (RAS) division in Canberra. The sole role and responsibility is to ensure the team carry out their client and firm responsibilities in a timely manner. Often there are competing deadlines, therefore prioritisation is key.

This role requires someone who is mature, organised and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working independently and part of a wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and team support
  • Coordinate events, travel, and expenses
  • Manage conflict checks and debtor follow-up
  • Prepare and process invoices and client payments
  • Maintain accurate CRM/Dynamics records and client files
  • Manage tasks, timesheets, reporting, and WIP invoicing in GreatSoft
  • Format and manage client documents in line with RSM standards
  • Coordinate tender and proposal submissions
  • Process third-party invoices and expense claims in Workday

About you:

Education Requirements

Desirable:

  • Completion of TAFE or Business College administration course

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

Essential:

  • 3 years in a similar role.  Professional practice experience (i.e. Accountants, Lawyers) is preferred
  • Experience of CRM software
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments and balancing competing priorities
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A self-starter with confidence in their ability to get the job done
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Intermediate / Advance with Microsoft Office packages
