The Opportunity:

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, and the digital front door for most of our customers. The web product management team focuses on making adobe.com an outstanding experience for visitors across their entire customer journey.

You will be part of a team that is bringing together our full suite of B2B and Enterprise product and solutions to deliver an exceptional web experience on business.adobe.com. You will identify key opportunities, based on data, and working alongside our UX, Publishing, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams to build best in class web experiences for our prospects and customers. You will collaborate on the global product vision and strategy, focusing on prioritising and defining local variations needed outside of the US. You will play a key role in cross-functional teams to deliver content updates to support product releases, testing where appropriate, and ensuring projects accomplish business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help drive the evolution of business.adobe.com, further developing the website as an impactful demand and engagement engine for all of Adobe’s Enterprise cloud solutions.

  • Focus specifically on being responsible for the web experience in region for Digital Media products and solutions for enterprise customers, such as Adobe Express for Business, Creative Cloud for Enterprise, Adobe Firefly Enterprise solutions

  • Build business proposals for site improvements, clearly identifying goals, success measures, and targets

  • Contribute to setting priorities and progress the EMEA roadmap; whilst collaborating closely with global partners in the US

  • Partner with the UX and creative team on providing timelines, briefs, and direction for key content experiences and customer journeys

  • Assess and report on results of initiatives vs. forecasted impact, finding opportunities to improve results that can be included in Testing & Optimisation plans

  • Deliver compelling presentations to regional marketing teams on the performance of the website

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Proven Web product management and/or B2B Web Marketing experience

  • Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about innovation / pushing boundaries

  • Experienced in working across multi-functional teams to deliver outcomes and impact

  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support

  • Ability to navigate issues and mitigate risk on the website content and capabilities roadmaps

  • Analytical curiosity to assess web performance and sort through complex options to drive decision-making

  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives and shift priorities as needed, confident operating both globally and locally across multiple geographies

  • Articulate in documenting webpage requirements, specifications and user stories (experience in use of Jira and Workfront a plus)

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
