Provides solutions, product and systems expertise to support solution definition and positioning and go-to-market strategy development. Serves as a solution advisor internally, with product / service colleagues, and externally with customers. Contributes to portfolio roadmap development and promotion, opportunity identification and qualification and decision-making around local specification and pricing. Responsibilities
  • Focuses on selling services solutions across geographies, segments and /or industries.
  • Works with regional sales teams to develop GTM strategies and planning for assigned products.
  • Helps define and provide the value proposition for assigned products, leveraging knowledge of both the customer and the DN solution.
  • Acts as a technical sales liaison and manages escalations into product and systems software management.
  • Assists with translating customer needs into DN solutions, including system configuration and pricing.
  • Contributes to the pre-sales process, helping coordinate resources, with proposal construction and contributing to preparation of RFP responses.
  • Contributes to the integration and ongoing support of customer evaluation systems.
  • Typical contact at senior management level and may have limited exposure to Executive level decision makers. Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
    • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales Expert.
    • Good business English skills (Written and spoken). 



      Preferred Qualifications


    • Comprehensive knowledge of Retail Store or Banking Branch procedures and the utilization of technology within the environment.
    • General knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf products and services is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Software and Service solution sales would be advantageous.
    • Proven success in high quota carrying position.
    • Consultative sales experience with complex solution design is desired.
    • Exhibit skills, characteristics, traits and work habits that greatly enhance the likelihood of success as an Sales Manager, ex: solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, time and territory management, customer empathy.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Demonstrated relationship building skills at all levels of the organization, including senior executive levels.
    • Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
    • Possess experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce to maximize opportunities.
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
