Job Description

We’re seeking an Adviser Administration Consultant to join TAL’s leading Individual Life division. In this Sydney-based role, you’ll support the maintenance of adviser and licensee data, manage Distribution Agreements, and handle complex servicing requests. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver accurate, timely outcomes and drive continuous process improvements.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain and update Distribution Agreements and adviser records
  • Oversee distributor onboarding, changes, and terminations
  • Manage portfolio transfers and related reporting
  • Coordinate with legal, IT, sales, and operations teams
  • Support projects and system enhancements, including UAT
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in operations or administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Knowledge of the Life Insurance industry preferred
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
