The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Advisor - Talent Acquisition (1-3 years exp) to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and hiring top engineering talent. You will be responsible for partnering with an assigned market/s within the ANZ Region, providing resourcing consultation and services to the Hiring Manager/Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, particularly for engineering roles.
  • Use source channels like linkedin/SEEK to screen and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally that contributes to strengthening the company and market brand.
  • Utilise Workday to manage applicant tracking, candidate data, and recruitment metrics.
  • Analyse recruitment data using Excel to generate reports and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring alignment with company culture and technical requirements.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to attract top-tier engineering professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisition (agency or in-house), with a focus on recruiting for engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, experience using Workday would be an advantage.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting would be ideal but not a must have (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
