Job Description
As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting Employee Experience, Specialist Solution Consultant. You will guide revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

The Specialist Solution Consultant is a technical consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Proven Pre-Sales skills: excellent communication skills in writing, speaking and presenting
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (SaaS experience is preferable) and/or ERP Service Delivery and/or General Shared Service related skills
  • Experience in communicating with both business decision makers and technical decision makers
  • A high degree of energy, drive and is passionate about evangelising our capabilities & success internally and externally
  • Team-player and great collaborator - experience working with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Alliance Partners, etc to drive results
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer centric attitude
  • Quick learner - someone who exhibits ability to learn new technology and grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
  • Agile, results-oriented with creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter - ability to effectively complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency of the ServiceNow Platform or technical expertise with cloud software is advantageous is advantageous
  • Bachelor degree in Technology, Human Resource is a plus
