We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Affiliates Manager with our awesome team in Sydney! 
 
The role: 

As an Affiliates Manager , you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class digital media activation across our affiliates channels — including with Cashback providers, Coupon providers, Closed group loyalty platforms  Content discovery, Influencer discovery, and emerging tech and CLOs amongst others programmatic platforms. Working closely with the Affiliates Director and wider team, you’ll help translate client briefs into strategic direction to create high-performing Affiliates investment that drive measurable results for our clients. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities   

  • Ideally 2 years in affiliate marketing. 

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and day-to-day management of Affiliates campaigns for a group of clients , ensuring alignment to the media strategy and client goals.  

  • Strong Negotiation skills with publishers to get the best inclusions and outcomes for clients  

  • Execute and optimise Affiliates campaigns predominantly using the Impact platform – prior experience here is preferred  

  • Support with weekly and post-campaign reporting, extracting actionable insights, surfacing recommendations, and contributing to client WIPs.  

  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and delivering against KPIs. . 

  • Manage and resolve discrepancies, queries, and adjustments related to campaign delivery and invoicing.  

  • Research, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to diversify the publisher mix and expand client reach. 

  • Stay across industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for optimisations and innovations 

A Bit About You   

  • You’re passionate about performance media and have a working knowledge of Impact 

  • You understand Affiliate channels and how they contribute to broader campaign and business objectives. 

  • You love providing test and learn opportunities for clients, backed by data lead forecasts and love to scale out your wins to other clients   

  • You’ve had experience with campaign implementation, pacing, optimisation, and reporting — and love working with data to tell a story.  

  • You’re proactive and collaborative — someone who builds strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and media partners.
