A day in the life of an Aftermarket Product Test Engineer consists of troubleshooting customer product at both a Unit and Circuit Card Assembly level. When troubleshooting Circuit Card Assemblies, our test engineers are looking at failed circuits, isolating the fault down to a component level, and then dispositioning the repair procedures. Candidates need to be strong with analog and/or digital electronics and embedded systems. The Product Test Engineer will need to be capable of using standard electrical lab and test equipment. Familiarity with more advanced troubleshoot tools is a plus. Our Product Test Engineers also support our manufacturing floor as needed to ensure that product continues to move through the process, and play a vital part of instilling our company's value of maintaining a lean culture. This includes constantly looking for continuous improvement opportunities.

Full-Time Salary Range: $77814 - $132283
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), Electrical Engineering (EE), or equivalent technical degree program
- Required to enter FAA mandated Anti-Drug Pool. Subject to random drug testing.
- Knowledge of technical requirements
- Electronics component troubleshooting and instrument familiarity (analog and/or digital)
- General understanding of electronics manufacturing process
- Ability to interpret technical specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
