Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Working alongside key business partners to develop and implement activities, processes and action plans to improve overall operation and output in line with the current key business objectives including Service Lane Output, Customer Satisfaction, Stock Effectiveness, Part Sales & GM Trade Parts Performance and Growth and GMSV Scorecard and Dealer Performance review including GMSV Service Experience (SE).
  • Optimise the working relationships between various departments within our GMANZ partners.
  • Ensure effective understanding and use of GMANZ dashboards and CRM tools across all departments
  • Regular benchmark and performance analysis around SSS NPS and other GMANZ performance criteria
  • Critically analyze partner efficiencies in service booking, customer handling and workshop and parts stock management.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to lift aftersales efficiencies across all departments
  • Be prepared to take an active role in the management of escalated customer care cases and represent GMANZ at respective state tribunal hearings where required
  • Ability to critically analyze service and parts department's ability to effectively sell genuine GM and ACDelco products and services.
  • Be the primary contact for the partner sites parts operation to review, advise and monitor activities associated with the retail and wholesale sides of the operation
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through discussions with existing partners but also identify new opportunities through proactive networking and seeking out new business
  • Conduct regular aftersales business meetings to discuss key business objectives, targets and program focus and participation
  • Ensure Direct Parts Outlets (DPO) are compliant and effective with RIM stocking policies and obsolescence requirements
  • Actively promote and support the expansion of the GM Trade Parts program and ACDelco auto All Makes parts strategy
  • Utilize the online contact reporting system to plan, visit and document GMANZ partner engagements.
  • Develop, apply and monitor specific performance improvement plans where necessary.

About You
You have a minimum 5 years' experience in a sales/marketing or aftersales role with a major vehicle brand. You have experience in a client/customer fronted role, and/ or previous experience or exposure in a dealership. Automotive parts sales experience is also desirable. Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/Marketing/Engineering discipline would be highly regarded.
