Are you Tracksuit’s new Senior Agency Partner Manager

As the fifth member of our ANZ Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our Partner Network and determining how Tracksuit shows up across the Agency Partnerships landscape. This opportunity will see you focused on sourcing, growing and managing partner relationships between Tracksuit and agency partners across Australia & New Zealand, as well as strategic planning and collaboration with agency partners on all promotional activities.

As our Senior Agency Partner Manager, you will motivate cross-functional teams involved in partnership activities by providing guidance and direction.

The Important Bits:

The role will work alongside our Senior Agency Partner Manager, Strategic Agency Lead, Community & Engagement Manager and will report into our Regional Partner Lead, based in Sydney, Australia.


As our Senior Agency Partner Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Actively seeking out new business opportunities & clearly communicating/presenting our unique value proposition to drive viable business outcomes for partners across Australia & New Zealand
  • Onboarding, enablement and ongoing engagement of partners.
  • Nurturing of existing high value partner accounts in order to drive customer referrals, while adding value to existing partners via strategy and insights
  • Establish and drive key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of partnership efforts and performance, as well as deploy tactics to reach key metrics
  • Utilise nurture tactics such as QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and regularly evaluate the performance of agency partnerships and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback
  • Working closely with our global partnerships team, as well as with our Sales/Growth, Customer, Marketing, Product & Research Teams.

That’s the role, so who are you?

  • We’re looking for an engaging, strategic and thoughtful human to speak the language of agencies and be a true champion of our partners and customers’s brands; so you will naturally have an excellent understanding and hands-on experience across the agency landscape in Australiasia.
  • You’ll love building 1:1 relationships and will be well equipped with excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to adjust content, tone, language and presentation collateral to suit a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills and great commercial acumen; you’ll be motivated by revenue growth and come from an agency account or new business, direct sales, strategic or channel partnerships background and have a good understanding of budgets.
  • This role wears lots of hats (sales management, relationship management, marketing, ops) and you need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty, but you’ll also take a broad strategic view and come up with ideas and strategies to drive engagement at scale.
